Residential Buyer's Inspections

Our Home Inspections provide an in-depth overview of condition based upon the Standards of Practice of the Arkansas Home Inspector Registration Board.

       Each inspection includes a FREE on-site consultation and review!

 

Homes of 2000 Sq. Ft. or less -

      $350.00 minimum for digital report, digital photos and consultation.

      Add $25 to receive report presented in a binder with the How To Operate

          Your Home manual.

Homes More Than 2000 Sq. Ft.  -  $0.175  per sq. ft.

Travel - $0.75/mile round trip from office outside of Hot Springs & Hot                   Springs Village

Commercial Inspections

  •    Following ASTM Standard E-2018

$750.00 per diem with 1-day minimum

Subsequent billing will be in quarter increments of daily rate

Entergy Boat Dock & Shoreline Facilities Inspections

 

  • This inspection is intended to provide the client with objective information as required by Entergy regarding the condition of boat docks and shoreline facilities.

  • Inspection adheres to the Entergy Standards Of Practice For Boat Dock And

​      Shoreline Facilities

​

$200.00 per dock/facility

($25.00 credit if done simultaneously with home inspection)

Seller's Inspections

 

 

 

  •   To identify and address any defects or issues prior to listing your home for sale!

A seller's pre-listing inspection is intended to help facilitate the sale of a dwelling and to reduce the chance of any "surprises" that might be discovered by a potential buyer's home inspector.  We employ the same due diligence and attention to condition of a seller's dwelling as we do in a buyer's inspection.  Our 2024 Fee Schedule above applies.
