Our Home Inspections provide an in-depth overview of condition based upon the Standards of Practice of the Arkansas Home Inspector Registration Board.

       Each inspection includes a FREE on-site consultation and review!

 

Homes of 2000 Sq. Ft. or less -

      $330.00 for printed report including photos presented in a 3-ring binder PLUS the 

               'How To Operate Your Home' maintenance manual 

                                                                      OR

      $300.00 for digital report and digital photos only

Homes More Than 2000 Sq. Ft.  -  $0.16 1/2  per sq. ft.

Entergy Boat Dock & Shoreline Facilities Inspections

 

This inspection is intended to provide the client with objective information as required by Entergy regarding the condition of boat docks and shoreline facilities.

$225.00 per dock/facility

($25.00 credit if done simultaneously with home inspection)

Seller's Inspections

 

 

 

To identify and address any defects or issues prior to listing your home for sale!

A seller's pre-listing inspection is intended to help facilitate the sale of a dwelling and to reduce the chance of any "surprises" that might be discovered by a potential buyer's home inspector.  We employ the same due diligence and attention to condition of a seller's dwelling as we do in a buyer's inspection.  Our 2023 Fee Schedule above applies.
